Delectable kosher dining is one of the hallmarks of the National Jewish Retreat. Each meal will be a unique dining experience, from presentation to flavor. Using the finest ingredients, Greenwald Caterers — arguably one of America's best kosher caterers — will take guests on an Epicurean adventure. From bountiful breakfast buffets featuring made-to-order omelets, to pasta bars at lunch, to formal dinners featuring the finest cuts of beef, guests will experience an unsurpassed level of taste and refinement.

Throughout the day, guests are invited to stop by our Tearoom, located in the Hyatt’s magnificent atrium, to sample a scrumptious array of the finest snacks, candies, fruits, pastries, and beverages. And for those on special diets, we will do our best to accommodate any and all of your needs: just let us know at the time of booking.
