Close Up Sheur In A CGI For Not (Yet) Frum Kids

I started working on a sheur booklet for camp this summer and I realized that I have just two months to teach these kids whatever I can to last them for a whole year!
For some of these kids it's gonna be their first exposure to Yiddishkeit, others come annually and some even go to Hebrew school during the year.
The question is -what's the best way to start, and what's the most important?
I think it's best to start from the beggining - first all about Avraham and how we started, give the kids an identity, let them know that it wasn't just Moshe who got the commanments to keep -they were there and promised to. Next, once they have an identity teach the how to act like it, all about Hashem and the mitzvos, and then something on the Yomim Tovim...
Make sense? Problem is fitting that into a 1/2 hr 5 days a week for just seven weeks...

I want everyones opinions here, from all backrounds and experiences... the more input, the better for my campers! (Their aged between 12 and 14)

Make sure they have Mitzvos! The rest of Torah will come if they're on the right track IY"H.

It's a great idea for camp! Each day use a different idea!

Can I keep it a secret??? I'd rather not let everyone know who I am. (Even though alot of ppl already figured it out...)
Don't worry, I don't think it'll effect you in any other way than bringing Moshiach Now!!!

Huh? I don't get it.
(My theme of the day does go a bit by what we learn in sheur - is that what you mean?)
