I believe Batbaty89 is referring to Beis Rivkah.

From what I see, no "incredible" high schools exist nowadays; pick the one that appeals most to you and make the best of it.

it's funny. I LOVE bais rivka. I feel the school has so much to give. The teachers and principals work really hard to make the girls happy and there are so many amazing girls who wanna learn and grow. But it can be soooooo sooooo hard socially even if you have a lot of friends, just the way the whole place is set up.....i'm not really sure why.

bais chomesh is DA best!

hey ya'all out there! i, for one, attend bais chomesh toronto, and i think it's the best school around! and just in case you didnt know, morristown closed down to oot's, and they all (or most) ended up coming to toronto. and just for the record, i'm from CH, and i think bais rivkah definitly needs improvment. well, thats all for now! but i'd fo sure recomend bais chomesh, it's amazing!

Well, I never really liked rumers. I say, don't judge until you're in that sitch, ie: was in BRHS, or know people there. I dont like how everyone from out of town are always badmouthing crown heighters, and BR girls. We're lubavitchers too you know. I don't hear CH's badmouthing OOT's. It's not right to judge. (sigh)
(especially in AY"T)

btw about brhs becoming chassidish, it's only bc of achos hatmimim-which is an amazing program, but it's also a huge cult. personally i went to bnos rabbeinu and i loved it. i don't know about the learning now, but when i was there it was very stimulating and the atmosphere is gr8. it's small so you can act yourself and everyone accepts you...it's a really good school.

TorahJewess- i can add one

Bnos Menachem High School
Limudei Kodesh Principal: Rabbi Chaim Dovid Kagan
Limudei Chol Principal: Mrs. Rivka Karnowsky
739 East New York Ave.
Brookyn,NY 11203
Tel: 718-493-110
Fax:718-493-4836
e-mail: info*bnosmenachem.org

From my personal experience in BM I'm really happy. The atmosphere is one of only warmth, chassidishkeit and fun all together-especially the size is amazing- even though it's in CH it has advantages as an out-of-town school -we have constant farbrengens (bi-monthly-the min) and amazing programs, shabbatons, and all amazing things. It's a chassidishe environment through and through!

There is also the new school in Coral Springs, Florida. (I know it was already mentioned.) At the moment it only has a ninth grade, but next year it is going to add a tenth and so on and so forth. B"H it is doing nicely. So, it might be good for anybody entering highschool or tenth grade next year.

I heard Bais Chomesh Toronto just had a farbrengin where they all complained about a peer pressure to be more chassidish!
But actually, I think they have the best school there, if you're the active type who likes getting involved and doing all the extra stuff. Also they're all like one big happy family, you're friends with everyone in the school.

it seems like everyone is forgetting the aspect of school called LEARNING. your life doesn't end after high school! and yes even to be a shliach/shlucha you still need a proper education (that means kodesh and english!!!), especially a shliach. no one respects what a stupid rabbi or rebetzin says. accademics are also a top priority when choosing schools. it's sad that so many lubavitch high schools forget to teach.

Agreed and not agreed.
I agree that learning is important -when it comes to kodesh. But English??? Okay, you have to know some of that stuff, but it takes a low place on my priority list.
I think Bais Chomesh is also very into limud. The girls there know a lot of Chassidus.

some girls are immature, and some are rude, but youll get that everywhere you go. its also dependent on how you see it. on the whole, though, its a really good school, and im going to miss it next year (graduating)

I think it is totaly the most amazing school. But I'm biased. Other people would definately tell you otherwise, but I could not imagine bn anywhere else. Learningwise, BH it's improving, say, monthly. b/c if a teacher leaves, say got married, then they'll often get a whole new teacher, that comes along with a whole new amazing experience
