do the shops that sell religous jewish clothing sell smart suits and overcoats

By this I mean do they sell things such as smart suits and overcoats that no Jews would wear, as well as the religious Jewish clothing ie kapotes etc

my reason for asking is I recently saw hasidic Jewish boy wearing a long raincoat but it had a belt on it, I have looked high and low in a all the local chainstores that i would suspect sell them ie debenhams etc (ps I live in the uk) and I either cant find them or they are 3/4 length, if I went into one of the Jewish clothing stores is it possible that they would have what I want
