Why isn't Moshiach ben Yosef mentioned in Chabad Chassidus?

This fellow isn't a Lubavitcher

but he seems to know his Kabbalah.

Why isn't Moshiach ben Yosef mentioned by Chabad Chassidus? Whereas the Vilna Gaon bases a whole sefer, the Kol HaTor, on him.

Is this fellow's chap about the Rambam's chezkas Moshiach and vadai Moshiach being a closet referral to Moshiach ben Dovid and Moshiach ben Yosef, correct?
