Then how do you know it's because the girl's mother pushed her into it? Not that pushing anyone into anything is commendable.

Where did I say "why" anything happened? I just gave over the facts. Do with them as you like.

Next step for what? Explain your question, please.
Everything you wrote about was prophetically addressed in that letter, as I have shown. You thought the Rebbe would address you by name?

Well, did anything in the letter seem relevant to the issues you brought up?

The Rebbe is discussing here shlichus in similar matters to that which you write about (education). It seemed that the Rebbe's main themes on this page are consistency and efficiency in working in these areas. Are you noticing any problems in these areas? Is the Rebbe's advice at the bottom of the page - to gather the leaders of all similar programs and ziknei anash to ensure the best results - relevant to your situation? And, of course, the Rebbe's advice at the beginning of the second letter - to continue in your hiskashrus, and write to the Rebbe - is always worthwhile - as are his blessings for good news.

the advice on the bottom of the page is not that relevant to me or at least i dont know how it can be relevant to me.
OMG, it said about hiskashrus? thats amazing cuz in this letter i wrote about a hachloto to strengthen in hiskashrus and in the last letter i wrote i said how hiskashrus is so hard for me being in this generation!!!!!!!!!

now heres the thing, it is true that the letter was all about chinuch and education but did you think the rebbe was pleased in the letter?

t613: i didnt think the rebbe would address me by name but i definatly wouldnt mind! what i mean by the next step is what do i do now? continue with my life? forget about the letter? Ive put letters in the iggros b4 but i never really learnt the letter...... so what goes next

That is unique, especially since there are hardly any letters that speak about hitkashrut.

Do you think he was pleased?

Take what you can out of the letter, and internalize it. Then get on with your life.

I did not get the feeling that the Rebbe was pleased. But why he was not pleased is for you to decide, not me. Do a cheshbon hanefesh.

Well, you didn't ask anything specific, right? So you wanted acknowledgment. You got it. You also got a brocho for hatzlocho.
So what more do you want?
Just move on.

Hey, long time no see...
I can tell you to look in the maftei'ach inyanim in the s'farim....
Or you can wait a bit, and I'll look it up online.

There are many letters (and Sichos) of the Rebbe on different aspects of leadership. Since it is Elul, Maybe look first at the Rebbe's letters in preparation to Rosh Hashana. A good one may be from Iggros #22, Page 510, Letter #8679. (Also, in Iggros #17, Page 350, Letter #6499, especially the second half of the letter). Both these Iggros are in Yiddish. There are books which have translations of them into English, I believe.

Are you looking for a letter with your name on it? (By the way, that happened to me once...but it was unrelated to what I asked!)

Yes! Wishful thinking...... if you would only know how much i struggle with trying to have even an ounce of hiskashrus, and how much i am pained to be in this generation, and how much i wish to see the rebbe let alone recieve a clear answer or st of that nature.

There are many answers that are clear, and yet we do not realize that they are like this.
There is a Hebrew forum in which you can get help in translating Igrot.
You write what you wrote about, as well as the volume and page of the answer. He'll let you know what it means, objectively. It's not something I've used before, but it has its uses.

Woah! I so do not agree with that, when you write the letter you should try to find out what it says for yourself not give it to some pysko who could just completely make something up.

First of all- he's not a psycho. Second, I said clearly that I do not use the site, but I am giving it as a reference to someone who may need it.

Maybe you could try take some sort of lesson from it, even if it doesn't fit your current situation 100 %.
