Being a Baal Teshuva but avoiding being judgemental

I find that as I become more religious I also am becoming more judgemental of those I come in contact with who are non-observant.
This is especially true when I meet "Reform" and "Conservative" rabbis.

How can I increase my observance without becoming more judgemental ?

Thank you in advance

Perhaps through reflecting on two points: 1) Part of becoming more religiously aware, is the need to work on oneself. One of your goals should be to look more favorably on others (without GF compromising on the level where you are) 2) One's Avodas Hashem (Divine Service) should be mainly focussed on one's goals, and on our relationship with Hashem; not requiring approbation, or being compared to anyone else.
Another important point: this beautiful journey that you/we all are undertaking will inspire you, and will fill your days and your deeds and your relationships with meaning and with depth. But on the way, it can take time to adjust exactly, and things seem to be a bit awkward. Understanding people would appreciate this, and it is good for you to recognize it as well.
On the specific question, and bearing in mind the above points, you may find direction from Chapter 30 of Tanya
