The Rebbe's Davening

I heard that the Rebbe was medayek that taking three steps back after shmonesreh or kaddish it was heel to toe. This is correct?

Also, that in Kedusha the Rebbe would lift up on his toes for Kadosh and Baruch but not for Yimloch (unless it was Shacharis with a Musaf after it). Also, when the Rebbe was Shatz he would not lift up on his toes during Kedusha at all. Correct?
