in judaism how is science in schools tackled without confusion

I was wondering when teaching schools how are certain aspect of science taught without confusion if their is a Jewish point of view

to give an example: in Judaism the world was made by god in 6 days, but scientifically the world was made over millions of years, there is also reproduction we all know how things are made but Judaism says it is a gift from god

in Jewish schools how is this tackled I was wondering if the science was related to Jewish thought the two theories were kept separate, or if the science was in anyway stretched or certain aspects skipped over as they are against Jewish thought

Every school takes its own approach. But your characterization of science versus Torah is not strictly accurate. There is, for example, a thread right now on the subject of Darwinism... you can look there to get a sense of some of the various positions taken on that subject in the community.

I don't know what you mean by "scientifically." But that number is incorrect. The world is not over millions of years old.

The natural world that science sees and measures is an outer peel. The inner reality is the higher spiritual worlds, and even deeper, the true reality of G-dliness. So in that sense, there is no conflict (an oversimplification, I know).

It depends on the school policy. Some are more open on the matter and allow science classes to take place freely, other are more balanced, and in some schools, it is hardly taught.

Contrary to the popular belief, that number of millions of years is not a consensus in the scientific world. Moreover, science is not an exact "science". In science, what was considered true a decade ago is questioned today, and what is considered true nowadays will be questioned tommorrow. On many matters, science does not provide definitive answers.

There is no contradiction at all. Judaism teaches that three are needed to make a baby: a father, a mother and the Holy One Blessed is He (who grants the soul).
