Frumme Yid

At a farbrengen the other night te mashia was speaking about the olden days and how the frum Jews so tospeak felt sorry for themselves and their kids for being born Jewish..

He said the Rebbe refered to Rav Meir Kahane as a frumme yid, one of only two people to receive this kavod. He said this was the greatest title anyone could receive from the Rebbe.

Does anyone know who the second was?

Btw, the Rebbe gave him this title it seems because he arroused pride for Judaism within the youth etc.

I highly doubt the Rebbe only called 2 people "frumme yidden".
I myself have heard the Rebbe use that expression many times.
And the "greatest title"? Nu nu...
