Why is there no "inreach" to FFB leaving Orthodox Judaism ?

Outreach to the non observant is fantastic and much needed.

But I seem to meet many people who were raised Orthodox, FFB, who drop it as adults. They really aren't all gay, mentally disturbed etc.

Why is there no outreach to them ?
