From the 1st volume what maamar would be recommended to teach a class of beginner learners? I know Ayin Beis isnt really a beginner sefer but there must be at least 1 maamar.

It's Ayin Beis. Every maamer, starting from the beginning, is Ayin Beis. What do you want?

Maybe I wasn't clear.
Which maamar from the Ayin Beis maamarim would be appropriate in your opinion to teach to individuals who don't have much experience learning chassidus? |

... and my answer; none. Ayin Beis is just Ayin Beis... All of it from the very beginning. It's very advanced, and it's not for beginners.
There's no benefit in teaching a beginner Ayin Beis. Better teach them something they can follow. |
