Question How to succeed in chinuch?

B"H, we're on Shlichus! Rebbe is helping us in everything, it's borur; we have an extra koichos to do what our MESHALEIACH wants...........but how to use this koiyach right????? When you work in chinuch with then non-yet-religion girls, you have few big stamblings blocks:
-how to work with the girls? wher to start????
-how expleine them the beauty of frumkeit?
-should you just expleine them about observing mitzvois (not in shiur), just when they ask( that mean that they're ready to mekabel the answer) or not?
Please help me with sm ideas!!!!!!
Moshiach now!!!!!!!

I work a lot w/teenage girls. The most important rules are:
1. Accept them as they are.
2. They want to do what's right.
3. If they become your students give them the benefit of the doubt. No real educator betrays their student's trust because you won't get it back.
4. Most of what they do is because of physical changes and not chutzpa.
5. Give them good, clean fun as an alternative.
