The Goats of Gan Eden

This by American Kabbalist R.David Katz of Tsfat
http://soulmazal.blogspot.com/

"Here is my idea: Lets say the Tree of Life was an Olive Tree, which there are opinions saying it was, for the sake of meriting its oil to make Shabbos Light.
Adam using his Wisdom, and supreme knowledge of Nature (he named everything in the Garden), has one problem: how to get olive oil, now.
If the Olive Tree functions like an Argan Tree, then getting the oil would be simple! Employ the goats to process the fruit and make the oil through their digestion, as it is done in Argan Trees in Morocco. Adam makes a Hekesh, and says perhaps the Argan tree, which makes oil, functions like an Olive Tree that makes oil. Just as goats are used in Argan Oil, so too with Olive Oil. If the Argan Tree functions as the Olive Tree, I would not be eating from the tree at all, I would merit Shabbos and use the fruit as Light!
Enter Adam's command: Do Not touch the tree (as the work is delicate, goats and all), enter Chavah, Nachash and the story goes from there...Derech Drush...
My Pshat (understanding) is: The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in this scenario, is Adam superimposing the Argan Tree onto the Olive Tree, assuming the comparison is valid; whereas cooperation with Chava would merit a Kosher Garden experience, and the Olive Oil would be allowed to be used in The Great Shabbos that they would have merited, turning any remnant of Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil into an edible/usable Tree of Life, as explained by the Arizal...with the onset of Shabbos, and a perfected world.
Chava represents waiting, for the Olive Oil to produce naturally, thereby not touching or eating from the tree until Shabbos...Adam ventured to produce it in an unnatural way, taking too many steps, and leading Chava to a sin, that came back to Adam himself.
Adam was to wait patiently; We are to fix this by patiently waiting for Moshiach. We can make it complex like Adam did, or we can wait until the time is RIPE, allowing Knowledge of Good and Bad to return to its source of Tov Meod (Very Good) and being a source of Life, within the Delight of Shabbos..as Hashem said, "And Behold, It Was Very Good!" It's a variation on the story that Adam Harishon erred in bringing in the first Shabbos in a rush by making kiddush on grape juice, when he should have waited for it to ferment in to wine.

10 ka The Holocene Epoch starts 10,000 years ago after the Late Glacial Maximum. The last mainland species of Woolly mammoth die out, as does the last Smilodon species. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_evolution

Cultural evolution quickly outpaced biological evolution, and history proper began. Somewhere between 8500 and 7000 BC, humans in the Fertile Crescent in Middle East began the systematic husbandry of plants and animals: agriculture. This spread to neighboring regions, and developed independently elsewhere, until most Homo sapiens lived sedentary lives in permanent settlements as farmers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Earth

Chava represents waiting, for the Olive Oil to produce naturally, thereby not touching or eating from the tree until Shabbos...Adam ventured to produce it in an unnatural way, taking too many steps, and leading Chava to a sin, that came back to Adam himself.
The period in human history described as the "Quarternary Period", with a time span of about two thousand years before the "Holocene Epoch" (see first excerpt above).

During this period in human history, mankind (development) began to be negatively affected by the environment, the breeding of species began to thwart man due to the warmer climate. g-d in this instance appointed Adam as a judge specifically, this is also the point described by the Summerians as the arrival of Marduk or the object that collided with the earth, which produced the moon, an object that serves to moderate the earth's temperature, and the immediate cooling effect against the earth.

What was offered to Adam in the mist of a Jurassic Period, a period in earth's history defined by a very lush environment. Was a tree as described, with fruit that no animal could reach, the tree was a transcended tree. And it was the beginning of the separation from mankind from the animals as the more dominant species of life.

Adam's response was voluntary, he was appointed as a judge. The judgement was not done in "isolation", but had required the action of mankind, through the action of the appointed judge, in this case it was Adam. g-d has appointed other judges, and even now a judge is appointed.

The situation was bleek for mankind in the earth, to say the least. The Holy Spirit is often refered to as a "beast", this is partly because g-d does not judge in "isolation". When adam was removed from the garden, the holy spirit's operation had changed as it performed a judgement against man for man's benefit, and the earth was also changed from a "garden".

To answer your question

Adam was appointed as a judged to perform a judgement. He was not appointed as a judged, to reject the judgement process from the holy spirit, and at that time it was to redefine the earth, for the benefit of mankind.

Adam was appointed, by the first quotation, noah was appointed by second quotation, and compartively "shem" the son of noah was appointed by the time the incident of babylon had occurred with man.
