Yaakov admonishes Rochl

Where does it say that when Yaakov said to Rochel: you not having children is your problem, not mine, because I already have children - that he wanted to make her daven hard. As she was thinking I need such a tzadik as Yaakov to pray for me, and Yaakov knew that her prayer is more powerful, and that's why he buried her in Beis Lechem to daven for Jews on their way to exile. So he wanted to promt her to daven hard.

See Rashi on Bereishis 30:2; Bereishit Rabba 71:6

in the midrash cited above it says that she was asking Ya'akov to pray for her like Yitzchak and Avraham did. I don't remember anywhere that says that her prayers for children were more powerful - it actually says of Rivkah that Yitzchak's prayers were answered and not hers because he was a tzadik ben tzadik and she was a tzadika bat rasha. Maybe you're thinking of Penina who jided Chana in order that she should pray for children.

My whole question was - about that answer to the commentary of Rashi, that all he said to her - in order to make her daven. And actually someone told me that it might have been brought up as a commentary to the story of Chana and Pnina.
And it does say somewhere that her prayers were especially strong.
As for tfilla of tzadik ben rasha vs. tzadik ben tzadik - it was said about Rivkah.
