Saddam To Hang On 10 B"teves

Saddam (gilgul of Nebuchanezzar in Saddam's own words) is scheduled for execution on the day of 'somach melech Bovel", Any sources for this in Tanach, Chassidus, Kabbalah, Boich svoras etc?

See the Chasam Sofer on P' Vayigash that Asarah B'teves was on a Shabbos in the year of "somach melech Bovel" and the argument put forth by Nebuchadnezzar was that he would be succesful, unlike Sancherev, because of the violation by Jews of the sactitiy of Shabbas, and that's why davka he approached on Shabbas.
So, the fact that Saddam was hanged on Shabbos, erev 10 B' teves seems quite appropriate and meaningful.

Amazing; the trial and hanging were well documented, photgraphed and videod and no one who knew Saddam raised any issue that this was an imposter ( and his next to last words that "Palestine is Arab" also rang true to form).

Omen;And the 9th and 10th of Teves should soon be days of "soson v'simcha".(its also of interest that the first Gulf War ended on Taanis Esther in accordance with the Nevua of the Rebbe, and Now this modern Haman has been Hanged and is buried next to the bnei Haman YMS.)

Amen, thank You Hashem for punishing those who hate You and stubbornly refuse to repent and for blessing those who love You forever - amen.

Links to the Parshah
  • In both, a song is sung in gratitude to G-d for miraculous salvation for Jewish People!
  • One of singers in both is a woman; in Haftarah, Devorah is major singer; in Parshah, Miriam is minor singer
  • Means of destruction of enemy is a body of water; in Haftarah, the Kishon Brook; in Parshah, the Yam Suf
  • Confusion of the enemy's army "vayaham" - in Haftarah, 4:15, in Parshah, 14:25 "Vayaham et machane Mitzrayim"
  • Heat of the stars in Haftarah (Shoftim 5:20); heat of the "Amud HaEsh," Pillars of Fire and Cloud - in Parshah (Shemot 14:24);
  • Complete annihilation of enemy's army, except for leader, in both (in Haftarah, "there remained not one (Shoftim 4:16); in Parshah (in Parshah, "…there remained not one from them" (Shemot 14:28)
  • Victory not dependent on physical might - in Haftarah 10,000 vs. > 300,000 heavily armed troops; similarly, in Parshah, population of Jews with "slave mentality" vs. army of their former "masters"
  • The Mother of Sisera watches for him through the windows and the lattices (Haftarah: Shoftim 5:28); the Master of the Universe, as it were, watches His Beloved, the People of Israel through the "windows" and through the "lattices" ("…Behold! He is standing behind the wall; observing through the window; peering through the lattice-work" Song of Songs 2:9), interpreted as referring to the special supervision of Hashem for His People from the time of the Exodus and onward.
