Wedding anniversary

Concerning a wedding anniversary, if the anniversary celebration cannot be held on the anniversary day when is it acceptable for the anniversary to to be celebrated, after or before the actual anniversary date. Thank you...

Same shailo if it is like Taanis Esther or Tisha B'aV?
In such a case, it is clearly like Channukah where we bench licht erev Shabbos whereas if Rosh HaShanah falls on Shabbos, we do not blow shofar at all.
