Ahavat Yisroel toward relatives and friends active in "Reform/Coservative Judaism" ?

I'm Baal Teshuva. I have a number of friends and relatives who are active in Reform or Conservative Judaism. Some are Reform Rabbi's, some Conservative Rabbi's, others active lay leaders in those movements.

They're friends of many years (some as much as 25 years), or relatives. Not acquantances made since I became involved in Chabad.

So how do I show/feel Ahavat Yisroel toward those active in movements which I have come to believe are harmful to the future of Jewish continuity ?

thank you in advance

Why not simply say, "how can I love one who sins and causes others to sin?"
See Tanya ch. 32.

maybe someone who keeps mitzvos, doesn 't have such a big Yetzer Arah
Hashem doesn't ask you to do something that you can't do, so if he gives someone a big Yetzer Arah, is because this neshama is so great that can even overcome it

therefore your friends have special neshamos, so great neshamos

Divine providence placed you as his friends, so your example and sincerity can have a positive influence on them
