Question about living in a Chabad neighbourhood as a non-Chabadnik orthodox

I am looking for some advice regarding moving to a Chabad neighbourhood. My wife and I became frum through Chabad about 10 years ago, and while we practice some Chabad minhagim, we are not Chadniks but kind of Modern Orthodox-ish in our life and kashrus levels. We are still very connected to Chabad and it is still the best form of Orthodoxy (for us) we have encountered. We are therefore thinking about moving to an area in our city that is mostly Chabadnik and where there is a large Chabad shul. Are there any tips/suggestions from people who have done the same or from Chabadniks? Since the neighbourhood is not the typical kiruv atmosphere of a Chabad, we were wondering if there are any significant tings to know about living inside the "Crown Heights" of our city. Of course, nobody will eat in our house because of our lower/different kashrus standards, but is there anything else we should know about? Thanks.

I see you haven't receive any responses. I know of a really warm Chabad community that I think would be perfect for your situation.

If you can ask the moderators to give you my email address, I'd love to give you more details.
