I don't know about the Tanach online, but there is the whole book of Tehillim online, either in Hebrew or English at:

Just came across this site

http://www.idaven.com/

This is not a chabad website as is obvious from all the links on the site, yet for some reason all of the siddur text is from the Tehillas Hashem Siddur.

You can also sign up for a membership in the Spertus College Library (www.spertus.edu, look for Asher Library and Feinberg E-Collection). For $40 a year, you get access to the Bar-Ilan CD-ROM, the full DBS library, the Encyclopedia Talmudis, the Encyclopedia Judaica, and some other CD libraries. On the DBS library, they have several different nuschaot of the siddur. I just used this (their so-called Ashkenaz wasn't, quite, so I had to edit a bit) to make up a Birchas Kohanim sheet for our shul - we do nusach haGra, but the chazan siddur is Artscroll which is basic Ashkenaz.

Looks like $20 a year. That is a major bargain when you consider that you would have to use it for decades for the cost to add up to one CD. Thanks for the tip.

Take a look around this website. They have plenty of scanned siddurim (usually out-dated and old, though.) Sometimes you can find a good one, though. I found a Siddur Tehilas Hashem one time with a Yiddish translation! Downloaded it in a jiffy, because Kehos doesn't carry them anymore.
