Hormones

If you are a male or female, keep it under control.

Wink

Just think that haShem made you like this, hormones and all, and think about His reasons for it. Acknowledge the hormones and think about why they are there.

If this vile one encounters you, drag him to the Beis Medrash (Kiddushin 15a).

""If Thy enemy hungers, give him water to drink"-King Solomon

Quite a clever statement! But notice that it says if he HUNGERS give him water.
which appearantly makes no sense considering that one gives solids
(not liquids) to the hungry.

Now its for you to find out what this 'water' is.

The verse reads:

"If your enemy is hungry, feed him bread and if he is thirsty, give him to drink water" Mishlei, 25:21

Rashi: "Chazal interpreted it to refer to the yetzer hara: if it (the yetzer) is hungry and tells you to satisfy it with sins, drag yourself to the beit midrash and feed it with the bread of Torah and quench it with the waters of Torah."
