Why is there no "inreach" to FFB leaving Orthodox Judaism ?

All efforts seem to be focused on "outreach", kiruv, which is fantastic and much needed.

But I seem to meet many people who were raised Orthodox and leave it as adults. Why is there no outreach toward them ?
