Translation to the stories in back of ohel Yosef yitzhack tehillim?

Is there a translation online somewhere where I can read the stores and importance of tehillim in the back ofthe ohel Yosef yitzhack tehillim Sefer?

I'm in Israel and hard to find English seforim.
Also doe anyone know if there is an online text of Tanya with nekudot? Would help me study to pronounce the words correctly.
